Muscle Stimulator
This is a device which is intended to stimulate the muscles in people who have suffered damage, mainly in the limbs. This could be as a result of disease (Monoplegia, Hemiplegia, Paraplegia & Quadriplegia) or an accident or sports injury.
The product consists of an electronic control box and a number of electrodes which are placed on the parts of the body that need the stimulation. The control box can monitor the muscle activity and it regulates the electrodes operation.
Ergonomics and Anthropometrics are very important factors in the design of this product. The design was carried out with a team of specialists in electronics, software, computer graphics, therapists, medical advisors and the company manager.
